(NYSE:LEAF) (the “Company”), a diversified consumer internet company, announced today that on December 10, 2020, the Company received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) stating that the Company had regained compliance with the NYSE’s minimum market capitalization and shareholders’ equity requirements for the past two quarters and is now considered in compliance with the NYSE quantitative continued listing standards as set forth in Section 8 of the NYSE Company Manual. Further, as a result, the below compliance (“.BC”) indicator will no longer be transmitted.

Promising to enable operators to rapidly deliver set-top boxes powered by Android TV and deliver what it calls modern, wide-ranging media experiences, media technology and services provider MediaKind has launched Mediaroom Play, the next generation of the IPTV platform.
The new Mediaroom Play is a STB-based client solution within the MediaKind Mediaroom portfolio, developed on the Android TV operating system. The pre-integrated product is said to offer a market-ready solution for the rapid launch of new STBs powered by Android TV. This pre-integration includes CommScope s latest VIP7802 set-top using Broadcom s 72180 system-on-a-chip (SoC), ruwido remote control unit and support for premium streaming service applications. This says MediaKind ensures Mediaroom Play is a future-ready solution, with further integrations of Third-Party Publishing (3PP) applications.
