The International Red cross says its managed to deliver 70 tonnes of relief aid to the disputed enclave Nagorno Karabakh for the First Time Since azerbaijan captured the territory in a lightning operation five days ago. Tens of thousands of armenians have sought refuge in the main city stepanakert, where food and medicine are running low, and power cuts are frequent. Families remain stranded in the local airport, where russian peacekeepers are based. They are sleeping on the ground, cooking food on fire and not having an access to clean water. Moscow said there were over 2,000 people, including 1,000 children, sheltering at the peacekeepers base camp. I was joined earlier by our correspondent Rayhan Demytrie who gave me the latest.
