I talked through the status of patrol officers comprising xhil with our rules. There continues to be issues. Some people were working without approval of the commission. Just to calendar this so we can all get the information and ask whats happening of the patrol specialists. Im calendaring this for september 11th. I looked on the calendar and i emailed inspector to make sure that was okay and a september 11th thank you its not a great date but another date i have is november 6th. Thats a tentative date not as firm and that date is for the commission to consider realized rules. And its to comply with the 2010 with the reports that talked about the rules of law in response to that report. We set it out for november. The City Attorneys Office is working on it. Consultants do a review of any federal or state changes that need to be brought to [speaker not understood] on the rates and benefits and this was missed. So, we do have a process for it, we miss it had, and i think it wasnt until kaiser let us know this was occurring, really last week and saying this is now part of the rates benefits that we were alerted to the fact. I think its fair to say we should also be working as a doublecheck with our Health Care Benefits to make sure they arent aware of anything as well. Thank you. When did kaiser and blue shield remove it . The kaiser notice was it was removed essentially immediately because its a legislative mandate. So, it has to be done immediately. Any other comments . Think that it is going to be incredible addition to San Francisco and the water front, thank you. And i just wanted to thank mark and david and the staff that we have been working on all of these projeblgts and we have been working on the water front and all of the projects and we have been taking a larger look at it and i made a presentation to the Port Commission and the Planning Commission about a history of the water front planning and how all of these projects are really implementing not only the citys and the ports water front Land Use Plan but also implementing the plans that we did which are much and many of what has touched the water and really we are about how to bring the water and the neighborhoods together and so all of these projects the public spaces that the development and the Orton Development site as well and the city site are all about bringing the neighborhoods to the water and vice versa and i want you to know that we are working closely with the port on all of th

Listening to the membership of the teachers and what keeps them there and the longer they say why would they not stay and those are the main and i think that they are hearing it on a constantly daily basis. And so any way, those are the concerns that i have about this, but thank you for the explanation. Yes, thank you. I just want to remind the commissioners that we appreciate the feedback, this is part of a grant. That is being externally funded. And we currently invest lots of money in many different ways of supporting human capitol especially the Teaching Force in San Francisco and so i want to make sure that the context is set that we are not foregoing all other types of professional development, or retention strategies, is this one of a portfolio strategy that the board is clear with us and we want to be innovative and be sure to find what is working. And use it, and we are very, very happy to be working and very closely with our teachers union, and in the urban teacher residency
