Police to investigate why 37yearold alton sterling was shot outside a Convenience Store just after midnight tuesday. Police say they were responsibling the a disturbance call. The incident was apparently caught by a cell phone camera. It has gone viral. We want to warn you that the video which has not been verified by nbc is graphic.
