Former Emfundweni Secondary School pupil Simamkele Mzozoyana is relieved and overjoyed at being given a second chance at improving her grade 12 marks. Simamkele attended the launch of the infrastructure disaster plan and second-chance matric programme hosted by the provincial education department at Ntyatyambo Primary School in Peddie.
