Petro’s Chili & Chips will open at 3866 Rural Retreat Road in Burlington on Thursday, March 4.
The restaurant is known for its signature dish, a Petro, which includes fresh veggies, sour cream, cheese, chili and corn chips or pasta in a bowl. Petros are gluten-free and made to order. The restaurant also serves up nachos, hot dogs, giant baked potatoes, salads, chips and salsa, and beverages.
