LMETB secures patronage of new Dunshauglin secondary school

LMFM By Simon Doyle Louth Meath Education Training Board has secured patronage of the new secondary school in Dunshaughlin. The 600 pupil school will be run as a multi-denominational community college after LMETB secured over half of the first preference vote.  167 of 302 local parents voted in favour of the body ahead of the two other options, CEIST and An Foras Pátrúnachta.  Chairperson of LMETB Wayne Harding is delighted they have won the confidence of parents in the area.  He says the school will open it s doors in 2021:
