cutting off these banks for money laundering. so again the readout from mnuchin, the two had a very direct talk. trump saying he is ready to make progress on north korea. in your eyes having covered this region, what is the measuring stick for progress? are i think they want to see decreased trade. they saw them cut off coal imports from north korea. but i think that they would like to see a lot more. some of those sanctions are fully implemented. so i think they want to see the sanctions implemented to the letter of the law. you saw in that tweet that trade is increasing. i think that they would like to see a decrease in trade and demonstrable efforts that china is trying to deny the regime hard currency. because really they re only getting it from china. okay. thank you both for weighing in. coming up, diplomat
