New Jersey’s solar program is thriving and will continue to grow even as the state restructures the financial incentives for developers who build new installations, officials from the state Board of Public Utilities say. ‘We believe we are on track to meet the solar energy goals in the Energy Master Plan,’’ said BPU President Joseph Fiordaliso, who acknowledged the targets are aggressive. By 2050, the plan envisions New Jersey getting 34% of its electricity from solar. Only 5% of the state’s electricity is provided by solar now.

But actors who portrayed other main characters have signed on to be there. Among these are Kathrine Narducci (Charmaine Bucco) Dominic Chianese (Uncle Junior), and Lorraine Bracco (Dr. Melfi). Actors from other Mob movies and TV shows also will be in attendance.

After taking 2020 off due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival returns to the city s oceanfront on Saturday, July 17 and Sunday, July 18. “I think people are dying to get out, said co-founder Marisa Sweeney.  It’s the height of the summer, I’m sure people really didn’t plan any big international trips this summer for their vacation so people are staying local. So I think the stars have aligned for us in that kind of way.”
