SINGAPORE: Singapore s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Saturday (Dec 19) said he was deeply saddened to hear of the death of Madam Rahah Mohamed Noah, the widow of Malaysia’s second prime minister, Abdul Razak Hussein.
