Herculaneum has entered into maintenance agreements for their McNutt Street and Joachim Avenue water towers. The cost will be $616,376 and $423,328, respectively, for the first three-year period. After that, yearly maintenance costs will be $24,829 for McNutt and $24,144 for Joachim.
