The AACOG board voted without opposition to accept besieged Executive Director Diane Rath's resignation Wednesday morning following a closed door discussion and public comments from a half-dozen former employees who slammed her performance leading AACOG since 2014.
Board members were notified Friday that Executive Director Diane Rath had been placed on leave, pending an investigation. KSAT was unable to immediately determine what the specific complaints were, though one board member said they’d also been notified on Sept. 29 about an anonymous complaint from employees.
