Celebrity chef and former
MasterChef judge George Calombarisâ mansion in Melbourneâs exclusive Toorak has sold for $8.8 million.
It marks a paper profit of $4.05 million after the grand, five-bedroom house was bought in the name of his wife, Natalie Tricarico, for $4.75 million in 2013.

Public records list the buyer as Ka Ning Cheung, who is a director of corporate entities CHZH Finance and CHZH Investment.
The selling agent on the deal, Kay & Burtonâs Ross Savas, declined to comment when contacted.

These staff were not paid at the correct classification, worked hours that were not adequately compensated by annualised salaries, and were affected by the incorrect application of the award, an enforceable undertaking between the Fair Work Ombudsman and the restaurant group found.
