There's a new name on the door of the seventh floor of City Hall, with the surprise resignation Wednesday evening of Buffalo Public Schools Superintendent Kriner Cash by his interim replacement Tonja Williams.
Buffalo Board of Education President Louis Petrucci said a special board meeting will be held Wednesday at 5 p.m. to discuss the stabbing and shooting at McKinley High School Feb. 9.
