Emergency services busy on West Norfolk roads

It proved to be a disruptive afternoon on the roads in West Norfolk yesterday with emergency services called to multiple accidents.
Police were called at 2.52pm to the A10 at South Runcton, close to the junction with School Road, after reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision.
Minor injuries were reported, and the fire service were in attendance.

An ambulance was called to an accident on Lynn Road shortly after 3pm.
A spokeswoman for the service said they did not transfer anyone to hospital.
A17 Long Sutton collision - one person seriously injured

At least one person has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a three-vehicle RTC on the A17 in Long Sutton today (Wednesday, December 16).
It involved a green and red DAF HGV, a red Peugeot 207 and a black Volkswagen Touran, which were in collision at the roundabout with the A1101 Wisbech Road, near McDonalds Roundabout, at about 1pm.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: One of the drivers has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A three-vehicle accident has been reported on the A17/A1101 in Long Sutton.
