(WCSC) - The city of Charleston will get its first look at plans to build for a new gas station on Folly Road Thursday morning. The gas station would replace an old gas station, a dry cleaner and a spa. Those buildings all vacant and overgrown, are near the corner of Tatum Street, across from Dukes Barbecue.
