A James Beard Award-winning chef-restaurateur is leading the culinary charge at Tideline Ocean Resort in Palm Beach.
Shawn McClain, a 2006 Beard Award winner who has since opened several restaurants, comes to the oceanfront Tideline with the team from his Michigan-based McClain Camarota Hospitality Group.
After initial footwork that began in November, McClain and his team are introducing new menus and other culinary enhancements at the hotel, 2842 S. Ocean Blvd.
“This location is spectacular,” said McClain, who has family in Jupiter.
“Our culinary takeover at Tideline is focused on elevated execution of delicious food and drink. … We have a renewed focus on pristine ingredients, especially (with) seafood and fresh local produce.”
