Police officers Kevin Robinson and Sean Mc Knight were making rounds and pulled over najee rivera on his motor scooter for a traffic violation. Rivera left the scene. The two officers chased him. Police spent thursday night at the apartment where a 13yearold student lives after he allegedly brought packets of crack cocaine to school thursday.
