KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 A senior citizen who claimed he was assaulted by Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) officers during a round-up of stray dogs is now under investigation.
A SENIOR citizen has lodged a police report against the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) vector control unit, claiming that one of its officers had been rough towards him during a dog-catching operation.
PETALING JAYA MP Lee Chean Chung has urged the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) to explain the actions of its officers who had allegedly treated a senior citizen roughly during a dog catching operation at Jalan 18/17 in Taman Kanagapuram.
AN UNLICENSED chicken slaughterhouse at Section 3 in Old Town, Petaling Jaya, was shut down as it caused an environmental and health hazard where blood mixed with water and innards were discharged into the drain.
