What is uncommon, winds from the south carrying smoke from other parts of the state 300 miles away and transporting that smoke into the bay area thats what you were breathing this morning. Its always ozone. Air quality managers say its a bad combination of both. In the bay area, were being contacted impacted by impacted by smoke from several wildfires, ozone due to high temperatures inland. An update on the top stories. Police are looking for a hit and run driver who killed another driver. Investigators say a Toyota Sienna van clipped a toyota scion in redwood city. This happened just south of woodside road. The scion lost control and crashed into the center divide. That driver died and driver of the van never stopped. Officers believe the hit and run driver was in a light brown 2000 Toyota Sienna similar to this one. San jose police have released new video of a 7eleven robbery.
