Boston Police checked for ballistics evidence Wednesday night at the scene of a shooting on Arcadia Street in which no one was reported to be hurt. Two witnesses who live nearby on Draper Street, Mayora Sanusi and Brittany Davis, both 26, told the Reporter they heard “maybe twenty rounds or so” around 6:30 p.m., after which emergency services responded to the scene.
A third witness said the shooting appeared to take place at the same scene of a drive-by shooting last October.
“This is not uncommon; it’s always poppin’ around here,” said the witness, who wished to remain unnamed. “I’m gonna check to see if my car has bullet holes in it.”
