Grand Action 2.0, headed by the DeVos and Van Andel families, announced Friday they have secured a naming-rights sponsor for the planned amphitheater set to be constructed at 201 Market Ave.
The latest budget encompasses more than 644 million dollars, representing a 46 million hike from last year's budget. City leaders cited rising costs of labor and goods as one reason for the jump.
