Olivia Chow is set to officially take office as mayor of Toronto on Wednesday, becoming the first person of colour to lead Canada's most populous city.
“Today is a day for renewal. In the face of our shared challenges, the message was loud and clear. People want change,” Chow said in her speech on Wednesday.
