On December 11, the Hopkinsville community honored Mayor Wendell Lynch with a farewell reception at the Bruce Convention Center, which was emceed by Tab Brockman, Parks and Recreation Superintendent.
As some new faces will be seated on Hopkinsville City Council at the beginning of the year, Mayor Wendell Lynch presented outgoing council members with
