BAY CITY, MI - Nights on the town in Bay City could last a bit longer thanks to a proposal that is being considered by the city commission.
The Bay City Commission will be voting in June on whether or not to the put the final stamp of approval on an ordinance amendment that would extend the timeframe for when bars and restaurants with sidewalk cafes, or outdoor dining and seating areas that extend into closed roadways, will be able to serve patrons Businesses with sidewalk cafes would be able to keep serving until midnight while being required to clear out their
