Sandiganbayan Former Mayor Johnmark C. Billanes of Trento, Agusan del Sur and his brother, Romeo C. Billanes Jr., have been convicted by the Sandiganbayan Seventh Division due to the irregular P1 million land deal entered into in 2012. The brothers were sentenced to six to eight years imprisonm
