Toni Milbourne SHEPHERDSTOWN The Shepherdstown Health and Wellness Cooperative celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new location at 4781 Kearneysville Pike. The cooperative is under the umbrella of Potomac Crossroads Counseling, LLC, owned and operated by Kathy Morotti, LPC. PCC provides mental health therapy for adults, adolescents and children. Morotti hopes to bring additional health and wellness professionals to the new facility through leases of office space.
