South Euclid is scheduled to open its new food truck park June 9 at the municipally owned lot on Rushton Road, east of Green Road. The food truck park is important to city leaders in that it is hoped it will bring people and investment to the Mayfield-Green area. The park will be open for 10 weeks, Thursdays through Sundays.
South Euclid administrators have added, or are planning, amenities to Bexley Park, including a mini-pitch surface suitable for playing many sports, an adventure trail; and a small amphitheater stage.
South Euclid Director of Planning & Development Michael Love told City Council Monday (March 27) that Pizza Cat is planning to move into the former Greenmont Party Center space at Monticello Boulevard and South Green Road. Love also said that the 26 homes planned for Greenvale Road and the former Lowden School property have moved another step toward becoming reality.
