A Canadian company making new electricity distribution technology is taking over a former engine plant in Murray with plans to create 150 full-time jobs.
The investment will locate the company’s head office, primary manufacturing operation and an R&D facility at the former Briggs & Stratton location at 110 Main Street in Murray.
The Murray State Board or Regents approved further public-private housing partnership negotiations and the first reading of an expanded bereavement policy at its quarterly meeting Friday.
