MAYFIELD, Ky. (KFVS) - Mayfield Police are working to track down a shooting suspect who ran away from officers during an attempted traffic stop on Monday, February 22.
Officers said they tried to pull over a blue Dodge truck on Mayfair Drive after learning the driver was allegedly connected to firing a gun within the city.
The suspect drove the truck off of the road into a yard and took off running from the area.
Medical examiner identifies missing woman found dead in Janesville

JANESVILLE, Wis. The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department has identified the woman who was found dead in Janesville on Tuesday afternoon.
The woman was originally reported as missing in the area of Mayfair Drive and Hawthorne Avenue at about 12:45 p.m. According to a news release, a snow crew called authorities roughly three hours later after finding the woman on the 1100 block of Woodman Drive.
Officials said 25-year-old Haylee Jarrett, of Janesville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The release said the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office completed a forensic autopsy Thursday. Preliminary results of the autopsy are pending further investigation, but original reports from police said there were no indications of foul play or public safety concerns.

Owen Clarke, 35, appeared by video Monday from the Stratford jail and his lawyer, Michael Moon, listened over the phone as a Sarnia court clerk listed the upcoming dates. A focusing hearing is scheduled for April 6, followed by a 15-day preliminary inquiry that will be split up over three weeks from early May to early July.
