BERKELEY, Calif. – For the Colorado volleyball to have a shot at a possible invitation to the NCAA Tournament, it needed to win both of its final two matches. On Wednesday, the Buffaloes got the first part done. Maya Tabron posted 17 kills to lead the Buffs to a 3-1 win (25-10, 16-25, 25-19, 25-23) against California at Haas Pavilion. CU improved to 16-14 (8-11 Pac-12) and will wrap up the regular season on Friday at Utah (3 p.m., Pac-12 Mountain).
