Several dozen school levies are on the ballot, along with council seats in Athens and Lancaster. Ross County will not have a May Primary Election but will have a Special Election on August 3, 2021. This is only for the 15th Congressional District Unexpired Term. Polls will close at 7:30 p.m.

Republican lawmakers introduced a number of bills that, if passed, would limit Idaho Gov. Brad Little s executive powers, as many do not approve of some of his decisions made during the pandemic.  Some lawmakers also feel they deserve more of a say in said decisions. “We fundamentally disagree on how he has handled the pandemic,” Rep. Brent Crane (R-Nampa) said during a committee hearing on Thursday.
