in premiums? well, first of all, let s be very clear. in 2014, when we had the first year of premiums, they were much lower than expected. and if you look at the projections of what we were going to be may of 2014, we were right where the premiums were going to be this year. so, the increase is to rebound from lower cost, from lower premiums initially. but let s can honest but it s not affordable for some americans. let me just be clear, those people who are in the exchange, who get subsidies, they re being held harmless by this. but we all agree, health insurance is too expensive. it s too expensive for companies, it s too expensive for individuals in the exchange. i ve worked for, you know, the last ten years to try to get health care costs down. the only way to sustainably get health care costs down are by two things first, get health care costs down. that will keep the premiums down. and the second is to get more
