自從華為被美國制裁後，他們推出的新手機和平板都沒有預載 Google 流動服務和程式，對於身在中國的消費者可能早已經習慣，但海外市場的用戶則要適應沒有 Google 的手機。華為於去年 11 月拆售後的 Honor，現時發表的國際版新機都可以預載 Google 服務，不過舊機會如何處理一直未有確實的答案。
日前芬蘭網站 SuomiMobiili 報導指，舊款 Honor 手機會繼續獲得軟件更新，不過並非由 Honor 提供，而是由華為繼續支援。華為在芬蘭的負責人表示，部份 2021 年 4 月 1 日前推出的 Honor 手機型號，將會繼續獲得華為的全面產品支援，包括保安和軟件更新。至於為什麼不是以去年 11 月作為分水嶺，是因為 Honor 正式與華為分手時今年 3、4 月間的事。
