Dorothy Hogg, Air Force surgeon general; and Darrell Phillipson, 711th Human Performance Wing acting director; cut the ceremonial ribbon during the opening of the new research altitude chambers May 27, 2021, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
