Shelby Massey is an ag teacher and spirit coach at Moffat County High School. As a result of the impact that she has made on her students and her athletes, she has been nominated for the Craig Press’ annual 20 under 40 honors.
Massey answered some questions giving a peek into her life, her musical tastes and more.
What is on your music playlist? I listen to a little bit of everything, but mostly country music! My favorite artists these days are Ian Munsick, Aaron Watson and Morgan Wallen!

Despite the snow, residents came out to taste various chocolate configurations as part of the 15th annual Taste of Chocolate in Downtown Craig.
The event had ten businesses with different chocolatiers at each store. The $20 tickets for the event, gave customers the ability to vote on who had the best chocolate, with the votes tabulated up and the money going to the winning chocolatier.
One of the chocolatiers that participated was Kandee Dilldine, though she did not participate under her K S Kreations umbrella.

As Girl Scout Cookie season moves into full swing, troops in Moffat County surprisingly are having a tough time keeping up with the demand. The demand for the sweet treats has created a real excitement amongst the troops in Moffat County as they move to provide some normalcy to the community.
The Girl Scout Cookie industry has not taken a major hit as a result of COVID-19. That is the case at least for Troop 17070 in Craig, according to Ashley Pulliam, who volunteers with her daughter’s troop.
