Investors paid $2.2 million for a 4,245-square-foot commercial center at 390 Schillinger Road S., near Airport Boulevard in Mobile, according to Andrew Chason of Marcus & Millichap in Fairhope. Starbucks Coffee and Moe’s Southwest Grill lease the space, he said.
A local investor paid $550,000 for 1.49 acres at the northeast corner of U.S. 31 and Stagecoach Road in Spanish Fort, and has no immediate plans for the land, according to Sharon Wright of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the buyer. Lydia Franz of Re/Max Orange Beach commercial division worked with the seller. The commercial subdivision is called Spanish Fort Cantina, and the seller owns another 3.98 acres at the same corner, according to Franz. The seller plans to build a Cactus Cantina restaurant on part of the 3.98 acres.
