New Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines issued Thursday say fully vaccinated Americans no longer have to wear masks indoors or out in most cases, asking that people work on the honors system. Decatur resident Dwayne Krimbill said the CDC announcement makes sense for those who are protected with vaccines.
