The Long Island Nets are gettng two new players for the G League “bubble.” Dallas Mavericks’ two-ways Tyler Bey and Nate Hinton have been transferred to the Nets G League affiliate.
The Mavs retain the players’ NBA rights. The Mavericks G League affiliate, the Texas Legends, decided against opting into the G League “bubble” at Disney World. Under the league’s two-way rules, NBA teams that don’t have a G League affiliates in the “bubble” can assign roster players and transfer two-way players using the league’s flexible assignment and two-way rules.
