Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms
LIMA The following defendants were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:
Maurice Redd, 44, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of theft. He was ordered to pay restitution of $1,354 to the victim in the case.
Bruce Mosley Jr., 38, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation on a charge of trafficking in cocaine. He was ordered to pay restitution of $600 to the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force.
Robert Simpson Jr., 24, of Louisville, Kentucky, was sentenced to three years on probation and 30 days in the county jail for the possession of marijuana. He was ordered to forfeit $1,176 to the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force.
