Multiple smartphones, video games, central heating and air. Mostly bought on one kind of credit. The kids will be wearing national named brand clothes and shoes. You what theyve told me is that instead of a little girl getting ready for school this morning, she was calling police to report gunfire inside of her home. Now, you can see that a police car still guards the scene. Weve also learned detectives have been here, but right now theyre awaiting a search warrant so the forensic unit may go inside 6241 mershon. Heres video weve gathered. Investigators say they were called to the mayfair home by a child just before 7 00. When police arrived, they found a husband and wife with gunshot wounds. Police still dont know exactly what happened, whether they were shooting at each other or if there was an attempted murder suicide. If theres been no prior domestic calls to this location so we dont know what precipitated it at this point. Checking out the live view from center city tonight, its gray, its wet out there, even a bit of thunder at some point this afternoon. Most of it is on the light side. We even had drizzle drops too small for radar to detect, but once in a while were seeing a little speck of yellow here indicating some moderate rain is coming across Chesapeake Bay headed towards delaware and then eventually into the philadelphia area this evening, so were not done with the rain yet.
