BATAVIA â Jackson Primary School Monday night provided kids and families with the chance for memorable moments and give the students a celebration to send them off for the winter break.
Principal Maureen Notaro said with help from the Genesee County Sheriffâs Employees Association and some âlittle elvesâ from Jackson Primary School, the school created 10 memorable moments. Sheriff William Sheron Jr. was to draw late Monday afternoon.
âEach family has a chance to win one of these memorable moments,â Notaro said. âWe decided to light up Jackson and make this whole night magical for our Jackson students.â
