Dentons hires IPT partner from HSF

After 34 years at Herbert Smith Freehills, a leading competition and economic regulation partner is joining the intellectual property and technology (IPT) group at Dentons.
Donald Robertson, who is also an adjunct professor at The University of Sydney, has been announced as global law firm Dentons’ newest partner, joining the firm’s Sydney office.
He brings with him a “strong law and economics background”, the firm said in a statement, specialising in regulatory law, competition law, and international contract and commercial law, with a special expertise in the law of money and payment systems including blockchain and cryptocurrency law, as well as experience in international investment law.
