Ah, man found Ratliff s body in her car January 12th, her throat cut, her body slumped over in the passenger seat. I think about her every day. Think about her every night. Ratliff s family has frustrated that no one has been arrested. There is sufficient information, in my particular opinion, that if it was laid before the grand jury, multiple indictments would be coming down against a killer, a killer and conspirators.
