Matthew J. Januszewski, 30, of 108 Hagen Road, Salem, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian L. Silva-Smith, 21, of 83 Pine Island Road was charged Wednesday with operating motor vehicle under suspension and failure to obey stop sign.
