The mother of a man who died by suicide at a San Diego County jail alleges in a lawsuit that jail staff failed to properly treat him or take measures to prevent his self-harming behavior despite being aware of his history of mental health issues.

Through researching the UIL archives, Jourdanton High School Assistant Principal Nathan Flynt found out that the last time all four bands earned Division
