Reporter now, the prosecutor also said today in court, accused noerdlinger of going back to the scene of that stabbing and taking away evidence. The prosecutor also said he was assisted by another person, although they did not say who the person is. Pleaded not guilty. His attorneys say they are hoping to get him out on bail the next day or so. Later this afternoon, the four people accused of attempting to rob noerdlinger will be in court here this afternoon.
