Those on board the nearby fishing boat, happy days, rushed to help. I was on the side and then it flipped all the way over. And then while people were clinging to the hull, and then the stern of the boat went down. People were in the water already and the boat was going down. People up screaming. Crewmembers threw life jackets to those in the water. Theres a baby in the water. Theres a baby needing cpr reporter it turned out the child needing cpr was just five years old and was trapped under the boat with his father. It was a rescue by somebody on the boat that went down to get the people out. Another passenger climbed on top of the boat to help with the child, who was unconscious.
