miles per hour and going across the length of six miles. now, i spoke with alexa lugo, an 11-year-old girl who rode out the storm in her mobile home in this neighborhood. she remembers the windows shattering, she made it out okay and her family made it out okay. but in a nearby mobile home, matthew ramirez did not. he was her classmate. he s now the tornado s youngest victim. he was very funny. he was very funny. we would always joke around. he would always be playing with his friends, playing soccer. he loved soccer. yeah. i just remember, like, him we d be in class, sometimes he would come in class, and he would just be laughing for no reason. he would make his friends laugh. it was funny. right. and this is a small town of 8,500 people.
the storm in this mobile home. he said there was no siren, no alert. he just heard windows shattering. he took cover and prayed to god for the safety of his family. here s what he went through. she was in the laundry and ended up over here, but it didn t break. then we have this one right here. neither broke? neither broke and this one. what do you think that says? i mean, faith in god that we got protected that day. reporter: now, he was okay. his family was okay. but at a nearby mobile home, 11-year-old matthew ramirez was not. he is the tornado s youngest victim. that s ultimately what matters the most. it s not these structures that can be rebuilt or lost material

praying to god for the safety of his family. the one thing, really three, that were untouched in his home are pictures, framed images, of the virgin mary. in our kitchen, we saw the wind started getting really bad and i told my sister-in-law that we might have to go to the shelter and when i said that, i was going to get my dog which was in my room, and when i opened my room, my roof flew off and my dad tried to run out and i grabbed him and we got against the wall a little bit and waited there and we went to the rest room and that s where we stayed for the rest of the time. reporter: the youngest victim of this tornado, 11-year-old matthew ramirez, found dead in his neighborhood, which is a trailer, mobile home park, becky randall, 60 years old, found in a print shop and cindy bransgrove also in her 60s, found in a food bank. right now, i can tell you guys
