Graphite Metallurgical Test Work Update

Comet Resources Ltd (ASX:CRL) is pleased provide an update on ongoing test work on natural flake graphite from its Springdale Graphite Project (Springdale) located in Western Australia. Highlights: Bulk sample of Springdale graphite concentrate estimated to be completed in Q2 2021. Concentrate material will then be sent to Germany to test its amenability for the production of battery anode material suitable for use in EVs. Final test results expected in Q3 2021. (Supplied) An Australian couple freed from house arrest in Myanmar say they were issued an apology from authorities for the misunderstanding . Business consultants Christa Avery and her husband Matthew O Kane were refused permission to leave Myanmar last month, just as they were about to board a flight home. The couple, who were released last weekend, told the ABC they arrived safely in Canada and are completing COVID-19 quarantine. Ms Avery is a dual Australian-Canadian citizen.

The Myanmar military has been terrorising civilians since a coup two months earlier. On the day of the parade, soldiers killed over 90 people for protesting military rule, including a 5-year-old boy and three teenagers. An estimated 564 people have been killed in Myanmar since the 1 February coup.
